1. Delivery Rates & Services

Standard Shipping: Free on all UK orders.

Courier Service: All orders are securely fulfilled and dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times We work efficiently to get your premium beauty essentials to you as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT/BST): Dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT/BST): Dispatched the following working day.

Please note: Dispatches are made Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your package leaves our hands.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incomplete or wrong address, a redelivery fee may apply.
