Behind the Bureau

Beauty Bureau is rooted in a 15-year friendship and a shared obsession with uncompromising quality. Long before becoming business partners, Kateryna and Maryna- two like-minded women bound by a shared vision - spent years exchanging ideas, refining their taste, and developing a deep, mutual understanding of what truly elevates everyday life.

When they both relocated to the United Kingdom, this lifelong connection naturally evolved into a business partnership. They realized that by merging their distinct, high-level professional backgrounds, they could combine their experience to create something exceptional - and thus, Beauty Bureau was born. Starting anew in London sharpened their standards, deepening their commitment to intention, responsibility, and excellence.

Kateryna - Brand Selection, Business Development & Commerce With over 18 years of experience shaping and expanding premium beauty and consumer goods brands, Kateryna brings an analytical yet deeply intuitive approach to commercial growth. Having previously led major market players from initial launch to international leadership, she now directs the Bureau’s commercial strategy. Kateryna is responsible for global brand selection, fostering meaningful partnerships, and ensuring that every product in the portfolio meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Maryna - Strategy, Operations & Marketing With more than 15 years of experience driving strategic growth, client development, and digital performance, Maryna ensures the business operates with absolute precision. Her background spans corporate leadership and building scalable digital ecosystems from the ground up. At Beauty Bureau, Maryna oversees the brand’s overarching strategy, operational logistics, and marketing. Her focus is on creating a seamless, transparent, and thoughtful experience for a community that values substance over trends.
